How much does shipping cost?
Shipping depends on your roastery location and order size. Send us a message for custom delivery quote.
Do you have a Discount program for frequent buyers?
Yes, if you are a frequent buyer, have high volume purchase in the past 12 months and have all our invoices paid you are eligible for discount. >30 bags in 12 months: 2% discount >60 bags in 12 months: 4% discount >80 bags in 12 months: 5% discount 100 bags in 12 months: 6% discount
When will samples arrive?
Samples take a few days to arrive, you can track when shipped to you.
Do you have financing options?
Yes, we offer financing for customer with no outstanding invoices.
How much does warehousing service cost?
Warehousing is free of charge for the first 30 days after your coffee arrived. After that, we charge 2% per month over the non dispatched bags.
